St. Attracta’s National School is a Catholic mixed primary school under the patronage of the Catholic Bishop of Achonry.
The Principal, the Deputy Principal and x 3 Assistant Principal II form the Leadership and Management Team in the school.
The roles and responsibilities for this post relate to the four domains of leadership and management as specified in Circular 0044/2019
1. Leading Teaching and Learning
2. Managing the Organisation
3. Leading School Development
4. Developing Leadership capacity.
Three hard copies of the completed Standard Application Form should be submitted by post ONLY for the attention of Rev. Fr. Joseph Gavigan, Chairperson of the Board of Management, Parochial House, Ballaghaderren, Co. Roscommon
Face-to-face interviews are likely to take place. It is incumbent on any applicant who may be called to interview to be available at the relevant time and date.
