Applications are invited for the position of Permanent Special Needs Assistant in Phoenix Park Specialist School (Roll no. 19500B).
Phoenix Park Specialist School is a non-denominational, specialist placement primary school for pupils experiencing Severe Emotional Disturbance and/or Behavioural Problems (Severe EBD)
We are looking for a progressive and enthusiastic SNA who believes in the importance of nurture, inclusion and trauma informed practice.
The school has an award-winning Nurture Group on site, which plays an integral role in the success of pupils during their placement in the school and in their re-integration back into mainstream.
Qualifications & experience of crisis deescalation / intervention (e.g. CPI Pivotal MAPA) are desirable, but not essential.
Formal interviews to be held on Friday 14th of May from 3pm at Phoenix Park Specialist School, North Road, Phoenix Park. Dublin 8
