This post is part-time for 15 hours a week

Duties include (but not limited to):
* Maintaining the school grounds and garden
* Looking after minor repairs throughout the school
* Collecting refuse and putting out bins for collection
* Window cleaning
* General tidiness & some cleaning of school building
* Upkeep and renewal of paintwork
* Looking after plumbing and electrical repairs
* Other duties as determined by the principal or school management.

The successful candidate should:
* Be garda vetted
* Have good general DIY skills
* Be competent, hardworking, reliable and enthusiastic
* Should have good interpersonal and communication skills
* Be self-motivated and able to act on own initiative
* Can identify tasks/duties that need to be carried out
* Have a clear understanding of health and safety procedures
