It is expected that applicants will have a commitment to the ethos of this school.

Applicants for this post must have a Certificate in Religious Education.

Applicants should have an in-depth knowledge of the Curriculum and a broad range of teaching experience.

Applicants should have excellent people management, leadership and communication skills, a proven ability to implement school based initiatives and policies and a commitment to continuous professional development.

A clear detailed vision statement outlining your high-level goals for the future development of all aspects of school life in Parteen National School is required. Please outline the strategies of how you intend to achieve your vision with your timeline. This requirement is in addition to the standard application form and three copies should be submitted.

Appointment will be subject to current vetting requirements and Occupational Health Screening.

A minimum of three eligible applicants must be received in order for the competition to proceed.
