School - Can I receive applications by email and/or post?

Using the Portal for an advert means you will not receive job applications by Post or Email. We do not suggest deleting the existing portal advert, as this will delete all information including applications. In order to view the portal applications, a shortlisting meeting must be scheduled and convened. 

 

If you wish to receive postal or email applications, please create a separate standard advert including all relevant information for Job Seekers in the ‘Additional Information’ sections on the adverts, and check ‘This is a re-advertisement’ if applicable. If relevant, include information advising that Job Seekers who have already applied via the portal need not apply to the standard advert. Please note, there is no guarantee that the applicants who have already applied via the portal will see the new advert.
