Greenhills Community College is a co-educational, multi-denominational post-primary school under the patronage of Dublin and Dún Laoghaire Education and Training Board (DDLETB). The school has a strong commitment to inclusive education and supporting students with a wide range of learning needs and abilities.
The successful candidate will work primarily within our AEN Department, teaching a mix of students with additional educational needs and mainstream students.
Teaching duties will primarily focus on Junior Cycle and may include:
Junior Cycle Numeracy
Digital Media Literacy (DML)
Learning Support Classes
Junior Cycle Level 2 Learning Programmes (L2LPs)
Other Junior Cycle subjects and support programmes
Experience working with students with additional educational needs is desirable but not essential. The successful candidate should demonstrate an interest in inclusive education, differentiated teaching and supporting students with a range of learning abilities.
