St John the Baptist BNS is an all boys, DEIS plus school with classes ranging from 2nd to 6th class. This post is for a mainstream class position for the remainder of the year.
There is also a maternity leave post available, which will be filled from these interviews.
Please include a recognised certificate to teach Religious Education and a copy of your Teaching Council Registration with your application. Appointment will be subject to references, current vetting requirements and Occupational Health Screening.
The following skills and experience are desirable:
- Experience of teaching in a DEIS school is advantageous
- Experience of SEN is advantageous
- Experience of multi-grade teaching is advantageous
- Interest in leading sports is advantageous
It is a requirement to hold a valid Statutory Declaration and to complete the Form of Undertaking for this position upon offer of employment.
