An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Timoleague N.S. is seeking applications for a 1.00 Full Time SNA Post.
1. The school promotes a caring and collaborative school environment. The position will involve working closely with Class Teachers and Special Education Teachers to support pupils with additional care needs.
The successful candidate may be required to support more than one pupil during the school day, and is required to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
The successful candidate is required to be able to work effectively as part of a team. The successful candidate should demonstrate a strong work ethic, initiative, flexibility, very good communication skills and show a willingness to engage in ongoing relevant professional development.
2. Posts are allocated by the NCSE and subject to review..
3. Appointments will be subject to, but not limited to, satisfactory references, current Garda Vetting requirements, Occupational Health screening requirements and completion of Children First online training.
4. Applicants who are deemed to be currently on the SNA Supplementary Panel should furnish a copy of the panel form (PF1) with their application. Please ensure your referees are relevant and contactable.
