An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
Urlingford NS invites applications for the position of Special Needs Assistant (SNA) to fill two 0.75 posts (24 hours per week - 4 hours 48 minutes per school day).
The successful candidate will work as part of our dedicated team to support the care needs of pupils and to foster an inclusive and positive learning environment.
Desirable experience/skills include - supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD and Emotional & Behavioual Difficulties. Ability to work colabloratively with colleagues and the wider school community.
