What You'll Do
• Deliver a comprehensive guidance programme across Junior and Senior Cycle
• Provide one-to-one and group counselling and career guidance
• Support students through CAO, apprenticeships, PLC, and further education pathways
• Collaborate with Year Heads, SEN team, and management on student well-being and progression
• Lead workshops on study skills, subject choice, well-being, and employability
• Build links with employers, colleges, and community partners
