An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Applications are invited for the position of Substitute SNA covering a maternity leave at Bunscoil Gleann Sidheáin, Cappoquin, Co. Waterford. This is an inclusive and vibrant 14-teacher primary school, in the heart of Cappoquin town. The school has 8 mainstream classes and an ASD Unit catering for up to 12 pupils. Bunscoil Gleann Sidheáin has a Catholic ethos and is under the patronage of the Bishop of Waterford and Lismore.
The following requirements are desirable:
-Experience of working in a school setting and experience of working with children with Autism.
-Experience of managing intimate care.
