An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Killinkere NS is a co-educational mainstream national school with an enrolment of 158 pupils, 6 mainstream teachers, 3 SET, a special class teacher and 5 Special Needs Assistants. This is a job sharing SNA post for 1 year. The successful candidate will be required to work commencing on a Tuesday and finishing on a Wednesday every second week.
Appointments will be subject to current vetting requirements and occupational health screening.
It is a requirement to provide a valid Statutory Declaration and complete the Form of Undertaking for this position upon offer of employment.
