An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Scoil Molaise is a small rural mainstream school with two special classes for children with ASD. This position is for a mainstream Teacher for Junior & Senior Infants. The successful candidate must hold the appropriate certificate to teach Catholic Religious Education and must be registered with the Teaching Council. Additional qualifications or evidence of ongoing CPD in special education would be advantageous. Working as team Teacher to set appropriate targets and support pupils' social, emotional and academic development is also essential. Appointment will be subject to current Garda Vetting requirements and occupational health screening.
