Experience teaching in a multi-grade classroom is desirable.This is a mainstream position with responsibility for 1st & 2nd class. Experience working with pupils with special educational needs (SEN) is desirable.
The successful candidate should demonstrate flexibility, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to inclusive teaching and learning.The ability to plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences across a multi-grade classroom is essential.Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.The successful candidate should work collaboratively and contribute positively as a member of a supportive school team.
