Panel of Applicants:
An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
Candidates must be able to work well as part of an enthusiastic and energetic team of teaching and non-teaching colleagues, have strong interpersonal skills, be good communicators, be flexible, display a strong work ethic, be willing to contribute to school life and demonstrate a willingness to engage in further training.
Appointment will be subject to Garda vetting and occupational health screening. Initial duties may be subject to change. This temporary post will commence on August 31st 2026.
N.B.: Essential: Please include with your application evidence of current Garda Vetting and current (dated either 2025 or 2026) Statutory Declaration documentation, as per circular 31/2016. Please also include your Certificate to teach Religion. Applications will not be considered without these.
