Mainstream Teacher wanted for a nurturing, trauma-informed school community.

We are seeking a committed and reflective Mainstream Teacher who has a strong interest in nurture-based approaches and trauma-informed practice. This is an opportunity to join a supportive team that values relationships, inclusion, and the wellbeing of every child.

The successful candidate will:

- deliver high-quality teaching and learning in a mainstream classroom setting
build positive, consistent relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
- create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- demonstrate an understanding of, or a willingness to develop knowledge in, nurture principles and trauma-informed practice
respond to pupils' social, emotional, and behavioural needs with empathy, patience, and professionalism
- work collaboratively as part of a whole-school approach to wellbeing and inclusion
