An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Scoil Naomh Iosaf is a wonderfully warm and friendly school with a lovely positive atmosphere for children and staff. We are currently seeking 5 fixed-term positions for Mainstream classes. We also have three full-year substitute positions (parental leave and maternity).

Applications should be submitted by 15:00 hours on July 3rd.
Interviews will be held in the school on July 9th and/or 10th.

Applicants should be willing to be part of a dynamic team, interested in digital learning and have an in-depth understanding of literacy, numeracy, SEE and the new Primary Curriculum and Framework. Applicants with an interest in organising extra-curricular clubs or activities would be welcome. We also welcome applicants interested in teaching in Réalta, our special classes for pupils with Autism. All applicants must be qualified primary teachers, registered with the Teaching Council, and have a certificate to teach Religion in a Catholic school.
