Scoil Bernadette is a co-educational post-primary special school, which caters for the needs of students aged 12 – 18 years with mild general learning disabilities. The aim of the school staff is to
provide a secure, caring and supportive environment, through the provision of post-primary social, personal, academic, vocational and relevant life skill programmes. We run Junior Cycle, LCA and other adapted curricula to meet the needs of our students.
We are seeking to employ a Music teacher on a permanent basis.
Our Music teacher is required to coordinate the school choir, whole school music events, shows and performances as well as delivering classes on wellbeing and digital literacy.
Ability to accompany students on piano desirable.
The appointments are subject to reference checks, Garda Vetting, Teaching Council Registration, BOM and Patron approval.
