We are seeking a caring, flexible and professional Special Needs Assistant to work as part of a job share arrangement. The successful candidate will support pupils’ care, participation and regulation at school while working under the direction of the teaching staff. The job share arrangement should support continuity, consistency and a smooth transition for the children being supported.
