An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Foxfield School is a special school under the patronage of St. Michael's House that caters for pupils between the ages of 4 to 18 years with a dual diagnosis of autism and Moderate or Severe to Profound Learning Disability . We are looking to welcome teachers to join the dedicated staff and amazing children that comprise our school community

Experience working with children with additional needs and having a good understanding of ASD would be beneficial.In addition, experience working as part of a team is a distinct advantage as we value collaboration and sharing of ideas and experiences .

We are looking for teachers who have a willingness to work collaboratively towards supporting our pupils under the guidance of school management and an on-site Behaviour Support Specialist.

We have secondary-topped status which means post-primary teachers are eligible to work here full-time, as well as primary qualified teachers. We are a Droichead School that follows the Primary School Calendar and hours. Please submit the Standard Application Form for Teaching Posts.
