An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

The post is fixed term part time to cover a job share.

Scoil Mhuire De Lourdes N.S. is seeking to appoint a team player who is willing to contribute to the overall development of the school.
The following skills, experience and qualifications are desirable:
Probation
Experience of teaching in a similar sized co-educational school.
Third Level postgraduate qualification or evidence of ongoing CPD.
Experience in the following areas will be advantageous:
IEPs, Standardised Testing, Guided Reading,
Team-Teaching in Literacy and Numeracy.
Interests/skills/experience in PE/Sport are advantageous.
