ER is an Irish primary EdTech venture focused on creating high-quality, curriculum-aligned digital learning content to support teaching and learning in Irish primary schools. We aim to support teachers with clear, practical digital resources that enhance learning without adding unnecessary workload or complexity.
We are currently seeking passionate and experienced primary school teachers to join us on a part-time, fully remote basis, contributing to the creation of digital learning content across key areas of the Irish Primary School Curriculum.
Subjects Required:

- Wellbeing

Role Overview:
Working flexibly in your own time, you will create curriculum-aligned digital learning content for use in Irish primary classrooms. Content will be designed to support pupil understanding and teacher delivery throughout the school year.
This may include:
- Short instructional or modelling videos clear explanations of key concepts and skills
- Supporting digital resources such as presentations or guided activities
- Simple checks for understanding/ practice tasks.
Essential Criteria:
- Qualified primary school teacher
- Strong working knowledge of the Irish Primary School Curriculum
- Experience teaching in Irish primary schools
- Confident and competent in the use of digital technology for teaching and learning
- Ability to communicate and explain learning clearly for primary-aged pupils
- Willingness to collaborate, respond to feedback and refine content
- Reliable access to suitable recording equipment and a quiet recording environment
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous experience creating digital learning content or online teaching resources
- Evidence of enthusiasm for educational technology and its role in supporting learning
- Experience using digital platforms or tools in a classroom context
- Experience teaching across a range of class levels
- A particular interest or strength in one or more of the listed subject areas
