We’re looking for a reliable and practical caretaker to help maintain a clean, safe, and secure environment on our premises. Working Thursdays and Fridays, you’ll handle general maintenance, basic repairs, cleaning of communal areas, and ensure the site is opened, closed, and kept secure. Duties include minor DIY work, reporting major repairs, maintaining heating and lighting systems, keeping outdoor areas tidy, and supporting health and safety checks. The ideal candidate will have previous caretaking or maintenance experience, good practical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
