An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Qualified teachers only, must be registered with Teaching Council.
Irish is a requirement for this position.
Summer pay is applicable for a candidate who starts on 3rd November only. After this date summer pay must be claimed in September 2026 at the start of another fixed term position.
Appointment will be subject to Garda Vetting requirements, satisfactory references, Occupational Health Screening and patron approval.
Closing date for application is 3pm on 21st October.
If called for interview, the applicant must be available to attend interview in person at the time and date.
