An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

The Board of Management wishes to invite expressions of interest in a permanent vacancy, with initial duties in a mainstream class from teachers listed on the Supplementary Panel for the Diocese of Meath . An expression of interest should be forwarded to the Chairperson of the Board of Management at the following address applications25@stmarysmullingar.ie by 3 p.m on the 27th day of September 2025 being 5 calendar days from the date of this advertisement. St. Marys Primary School is a DEIS band 2 school and so experience working in a disadvantaged area is also desirable. There are also three special classes for autistic children in our school
Appointment is subject to satisfactory references, Garda Vetting & OHS screening and sanction of DEF.
