An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
We are seeking a dedicated Special Needs Assistant (SNA) Substitute to join our Early Intervention ASD Class. This is a position of over 24 weeks’ duration with hours from 8:40am – 1:30pm daily.
The successful candidate will:
Work as part of a supportive, experienced team.
Assist in creating a caring, inclusive, and structured learning environment.
Support children in developing independence, communication, and social skills.
Be patient, reliable, and flexible in meeting the needs of the pupils.
Experience of working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or relevant training is desirable but not essential.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about early intervention and supporting children in reaching their full potential.
