Applications are invited for the position of Special Class Teacher in Scoil Áine (Roll no. 19567K).
Scoil Áine is a co-educational special school located adjacent to the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) Unit in Merlin Park Hospital. The school provides education to children and young people, of primary and post-primary age, who attend the inpatient and outpatient Community CAMHS Teams.
Teachers are employed as Special Class Teachers, and have the same pay, school holidays and conditions as Primary Teachers.
Experience in a special school setting, special education teaching, multigrade teaching is desirable.
A willingness to teach a range of subjects including Art, SPHE, PE, LCA at different levels (both Junior and Senior Cycle) are also highly desirable.
