Good Shepherd N.S. is a vibrant co-educational primary school in Dublin 14. We have 19 teachers on staff including 9 mainstream teachers, 4 support teachers, 4 special class teachers, a HSCL and Principal. Our staff work closely both together and with parents to ensure that each pupil’s potential is realised.
Our teachers are fully committed to providing a broad inclusive education for all our pupils. The advertised maternity teaching position is ideally suited to a teacher who is enthusiastic, has excellent organisational skills and has a proven track record of being a strong team player. A qualification in SEN teaching is an advantage but not a necessity for this position.
This maternity post will cover a teaching post in our Senior Language Class (for children with Developmental Language Disorder and Specific Speech Disorder).
Applicants who are shortlisted for interview will be contacted by email. This email will outline the criteria for interview. Interviews will be held during the second week in July.
