Title:
Child Care Worker
Description:
This is a HSE funded position with public service status. Starting salary €33k rising to €47k.
Duties include:
Inclusion Program Development: Help existing staff to design and evaluate inclusion programs to ensure equitable access to the curriculum for all students.
Develop and deliver a life skills program in consultation with existing staff.
Collaboration and Coordination: Work with teachers and staff to develop and coordinate Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
Assessment and Monitoring: Aid existing staff in conducting assessments to identify student needs and monitor progress, using data to inform instructional strategies.
Data Analysis: Analyze performance data to identify trends and improve inclusion strategies in conjunction with existing staff.
Management: Form part of the School Attendance Team with a view to helping disenfranchised students re-engage with the educational process
