An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
This interview process will be used to fill the following positions which are available for 2025/2026 school year:
One full time position
One 0.5 position arising due to job sharing.
How the job sharing is devised is at the discretion of the board of management.
Candidates should be energetic, enthusiastic, flexible, able to work on their own initiative and in a team capacity. All school staff are expected to engage in relevant CPD and respect the school ethos.
Applicants should have experience of supporting pupils with complex care needs, sensory needs, challenging behaviours, communication difficulties and intimate care needs. Knowledge and experience of working with children with ASD.
Appointment is subject to current Garda vetting requirements, occupational health screening and completion of Children First online training.
