An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Experience and skills that are highly desirable but not essential include:
Teaching Multi-grade classes
Infant Teaching
Team Teaching
Teaching social and emotional skills programmes
Probation.
Experience in SET would also be advantageous.

Candidates will be called for an interview by email. Please note that only applicants who are being called to interview will receive correspondence.

Appointment will be subject to, but not limited to, satisfactory references, current Garda Vetting requirements & Occupational Health Screening. The appointment will be subject to current & continuing Teaching Council registration. Applications must be accompanied by the contact details of a minimum of 3 professional referees.
