An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Le Chéile N.S. invites applications for three fixed-term teaching positions. The successful candidate(s) may be assigned to a mainstream class or special education teaching position - the final decision on assignment will be determined in line with school needs and priorities. Initial Duties may be subject to change as required by the School.

• The closing date for receipt of applications is 25th June 2025 at 11 a.m.
• Applicants are required to provide evidence of a recognised qualification in Religious Education.
• The application must also be accompanied by the contact details of a minimum of 3 professional referees (mobile phone number required).

Desirable Requirements:
• Candidates must show a willingness to work well as part of a team, be adaptable, and exhibit a robust work ethic

• Experience in extra-curricular and after-school activities.
• Experience of working with children with complex needs in a mainstream setting
Experience working in a DEIS setting is highly desirable
Copies of certificates, diplomas, and degrees are to be provided by candidates invited to interview

The appointment will be subject to but not limited to satisfactory references, evidence of qualifications, Teaching Council confirmation of registration, compliance with current Garda Vetting and OHS requirements
