An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
The successful applicant will have experience working in a special education setting and working with children who have autism. They will have a strong understanding of positive behaviour strategies and should demonstrate the ability to adapt and differentiate the curriculum to suit the varied needs of the pupils in the class required for the post.
