An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Additional Information:

Kilgobnet National School invites applications from highly dedicated candidates for a special needs assistant to cover a job-share post which is a fixed term post for 1 year. The successful applicant will work a split week-3 days one week and 2 days the next opposite the current SNA. We are looking for someone who can be flexible and responsive to the needs of the children and the school. We are seeking someone who is energetic, enthusiastic and confidential. In addition, we are looking for someone who can contribute to our team and work on their own initiative.
Appointment is subject to current Garda vetting requirements and occupational health screening.
