The selection of the successful candidate shall be based on the following four competencies, aligned to “Looking at our School 2022 – A Quality Framework for Primary Schools”:
i. Leading Learning and Teaching
ii. Managing the Organisation
iii. Leading School Development
iv. Developing Leadership Capacity
The teacher appointed to this position will become part of the school’s Leadership and Management team.
Appointment is subject to current Teaching Council Registration, Garda Vetting and Occupational Health Screening.
