Additional Information:
We are looking for a passionate and qualified Early Years Educator to join our team in the role of an AIM support worker. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Early Childhood Care & Education, a broad understanding of support needs and be capable of working collaboratively within a team.
Requirements:
Level 5 or Level 6 in Early Childhood Care & Education
Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team - particularly in an AIM role
Experience in planning and implementing a curriculum in line with Aistear, Síolta, the Montessori Method, and the emerging interests of children
Skills in observing and documenting a child'sprogress and development
Ability to work in partnership with parents
