Scoil Lua Naofa invites applications from highly dedicated candidates for the position of part time Special Needs Assistant, 16 hours per week.
• We are looking for someone who can be flexible and responsive to the needs of the children and the school.
• We are looking for someone who is energetic, enthusiastic, can contribute to our team and work under their own initiative.
• Candidates must be willing to undertake CPD courses which relate to the needs of the children and our school.
• Experience of and / or training in working with children with A.S.D., O.T., E.B.D., diabetes, epilepsy and medical care needs is desirable.
Please outline in your letter of application how your skills / experience meet the requirements of the job description outlined above.
Appointment is subject to the current Garda Vetting requirements and Occupational Health Screening.
Applicants who are deemed to be members of the SNA supplementary panel with supplementary panel rights, must furnish a certified copy of a completed Panel Form (PF1) with their application.
