An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Assumption Senior Girls NS is a senior girls' primary school, catering to children from 3rd to 6th class. We also opened our first ASD class in 2024. We are looking for an enthusiastic teacher to join our team. We have a vibrant, motivated and conscientious student body.
We have one fixed-term position; this is from Feb 24th until Friday 27th June. The successful candidates will be supporting children with phonics, reading and English language as part of our SET team. We already have 4 SET teachers, so you would be joining a team that would help with planning and are welcoming. We have 9 mainstream classes.
We are in a position to support Droichead should you wish.
