We are currently seeking passionate Early Years and Primary (Year 1-4) class teachers to join us in this exciting startup phase.

BSB combines creativity, academic excellence, and outdoor learning, using our exceptional facilities, including a pool, sports facilities and a community centre. As part of the Schools Trust family—spanning Vilnius, Lisbon, Madrid, and more—BSB will uphold high professional standards, emphasising policy compliance, excellent academic outcomes and campus quality.
About the Roles
• Start dates: we require one excellent Early Years practitioner to be in situ by March 1st 2025 with the main staff intake occurring in August 2025.
• We anticipate 75% contact time with small class sizes.
• We seek self-motivated professionals who are used to a tier-one school environment where policy and compliance, and maintaining generally high standards, are essential.
• The school will be state-of-the-art and well-resourced in accordance with Trust standards.
• Specialist subjects will include Indonesian, Modern Languages and Music, possibly others.
• We seek empathetic but also motivated and ambitious professionals open to contributing to the development of a new and growing school.
• We offer the unparalleled CPD opportunity of founding a new tier-one British school in a unique location.
Package
The competitive package includes accommodation, visa support and travel/relocation assistance. In light of the modest cost of living, we anticipate teachers being able to save around 50% of their salary without significant lifestyle compromises.
