POST DETAILS
Additional Information:
The post is 0.5 of a day. The successful candidate would be required to work in both mainstream class and in our special classes in line with the needs of the school.
Experience of working with a range of care needs. Ideally candidates should have previous experience working with autistic pupils .
Candidates should be able to demonstrate a good rapport with pupils, flexibility, ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate a willingness to avail of further training/upskilling.
Fetac Level 5/6 in SEN is desirable.
Appointment is subject, but not limited to satisfactory references, current Garda vetting requirements, an occupational health screening and Tusla child safeguarding training.
