An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
Holy Family is a special school which caters for Deaf and Hard of Hearing pupils aged 3 in the early intervention classes to age 18 at Post Primary.
There are two part time posts (0.83) including one fixed term post available.
Desirable: Competence in Irish Sign Language ISL
QQI qualifications in additional/special needs
Experience of working in a special school/special class setting and/or other relevant qualifications/courses e.g. first aid or any other relevant CPD.
