Panel of Applicants:
An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
There are two posts available one fixed term for the 2024/25 school year and the second replacing a staff member on leave of absence up to December 2024.
Holy Family is a designated special school. The mainstream curriculum is followed in all our primary classes. There is no requirement for candidates to have qualifications in Deaf Education or Irish Sign Language ISL but an interest in working with Deaf children and those with additional complex need is essential. Support and training will be given to the successful candidates.
