St. Brigid’s N.S. is the base school for this Supply Panel. The purpose of the Supply Panel is to provide substitute cover in a designated cluster of schools for teachers who are absent on short term substitutable leave. Supply Panel Teachers are appointed on a one year fixed-term contract.
It is a great opportunity to gain valuable, short-term experience in a variety of class and school settings: mainstream classes, ASD special class, junior and senior schools, DEIS and non-DEIS.
The majority of schools in the cluster are Catholic schools so for this post you must have a Certificate to teach Religious Education.
Travel expenses will be payable to the supply panel teacher as per Circular 0009/2015.
