An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
Stonetown National School is a rural school with two mainstream class teachers and a shared SEN teacher.
We are recruiting for this fixed term position until 20th June 2024.
Experience working in SET is preferable.
We will be the base school for the SEN post (22 ½ hrs a week) with the remaining 2.5 hours allocated to Dún Dealgan National School, Dundalk.
We have clustered the hours to minimise disruption to both schools and ensure we have a full-time position.
The successful candidate will work within the needs of both schools.
Appointments will be subject to current Garda Vetting requirements, Occupational Health Screening and satisfactory references.
