An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
The following skills, experience and qualifications are desirable:
- evidence of strong behaviour management skills
- excellent classroom management skills
- experience of team teaching or supporting children with SEN in the mainstream setting
- interest and experience in sport or music
Full probation would be advantageous.
It is essential that candidates supply evidence of the following along with their application:
- a recognised qualification in Religious Education
- Teaching Council confirmation of registration

Initial duties for the fixed-term position will as a mainstream class teacher, but are subject to change.
We also have a vacancy for a part-time (0.5 post) fixed-term post for the 2023/2024 school year which will also commence on August 31st, 2023. This position will also be filled from this advert.
Appointments will be subject to current vetting requirements and occupational health screening.
