An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

In addition to the fixed-term teaching positions available (2), there are 3 specified purpose contracts to be offered. 2 are specified purpose for the full academic year and one maternity leave position until January 2024, which has the potential to be extended.
These posts will initially be in mainstream classes but may change depending upon the needs of the school.
