An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Finglas Parochial National School seeks to appoint a Special Education Teacher in a fixed term capacity for the 2023 - 2024 school year.

The Special Education Teacher role is a vital part of our school community and our class teachers and SNAs work together with the SET to ensure an enriching educational experience for our pupils.

We currently have a staff of twelve, with five teachers, three SNAs, one shared HSCL teacher, one principal release supply teacher, a secretary and a traffic warden.
