An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

St. Joseph’s Mercy Primary School is a vertical DEIS Urban Band 1 school.

Applicants with a PF1 panel form must submit a copy with the application.

Candidates are required to have minimum qualifications as per DES Circular 0051/2019. Appointment will be subject to current Garda Vetting requirements and Occupational Health Screening. Candidates must display a strong work ethic and demonstrate a willingness to work flexibly, as part of a team, in a very busy school setting.
