Engage Education are shortlisting candidates for interviews with a thriving school based in Hertfordshire, England.
This is an Ofsted Good sports specialist school with strong leadership and a dedicated team of staff. Ofsted visited the school in 2019 and pointed out that the English department is “very organised and well planned”.
This is a large school with 1700 students which is a fantastic environment to learn and develop as a teacher. Students at this school consistently achieve examination results that are well-above the national average. They are one of the highest performing schools in the country.
Aswell as academics, the school places importance on holistic development which is supported by extensive facilities the school has including 12 all-weather sports pitches set in extensive playing fields of over 50 acres.

A qualified teacher that has full or conditional registration with the Irish Teaching Council.
Ability to create an engaging and student centred learning environment.
Herdforshire is an area based North of London. Luton airport is a 25 minute drive from the school that offers flights to Dublin, Knock and Kerry. This makes getting back to Ireland or travelling on holidays throughout the year really easy.
