An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Scoil Íosagáin Infant NS is an Infant school that caters for Junior and Senior Infants only with an Early Intervention Class and 2 Junior ASD classes.

This post is for Infant day post(.83) for a Junior ASD class (initially) but may be subject to change depending on the needs of the school.

Desirable skills include:
-experience of working with pupils with autism and other additional educational or complex needs
-experience of working in an autism class
-experience of working in an Infant School setting
